- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Susan Hake is exactly how you want your doctor to be: thorough, knowledgeable, listens, and works with you. She's no-nonsense and to the point. However, every time I have called this office, I am greeted with, "Family Medicine, can you hold?" Each time I say, "Yes." - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love Dr. Hake. She is a kind, compassionate doctor that treats the whole person not just the symptoms. As someone with a chronic illness I go to the dr a lot. She and her staff provide dedicated, consistent care that goes above and beyond. So nice to go to a dr that doesn't treat me like an idiot or a number but a real person.
