  I thought the staff did a wonderful job! 24 hrs later after having all 4 wisdoms cut out, im not in pain. Their hospitality was generous and the nurse that preped me was kind, sweet and patient. See people are quick to write bad reviews, but not good ones. I would definitely come back! Thanks Dr Carpenter and staff

  Dr. Carpenter is great and very personable. It's a shame his staff is not trained to treat people as he does. The nurses in his office are amongst the rudest I have ever seen. When called back to see my child I stood at the desk with no one speaking to me for 10 minutes, when I finally asked what I was waiting for they said u need to make an appt..um, ok...communication please. Called the nurse to ask a question, again talked to like I was stupid....I am also a nurse, thanks!! Then called to verify my follow up appt date and time and was again talked to like I am a Moran and with complete disrespect. Uncalled for and unacceptable way to treat your customers that you are collecting alot of money from. This will be my very last experience with this office. As other reviews have said, there are many other professional oral surgeons.
