  If I could do a -10 star I would. Dr. Pellegrino and his team are very slow with their treatment. I have severe nerve damage and have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. The first appointment went great, after that it went down hill. When I would call them or go to their office they didn't offer much help and had very little compassion. One night I had an emergency and when I called their emergency line I was told that they basically felt my problem was not important and no one got backed to me that night. I was in pain all night because you can't really go to the hospital all the time for Fibro, they don't always know how to treat it. It got to the point where him and his team would try one or two things on me and then proceed to tell me that it was indeed helping me without really letting me answer for myself. I started to feel really depressed and defeated from feeling so sick all the time and got so little sleep, and realized I wasn't satisfied or feeling even hope after my appointments. So I emailed them one night when I had a really bad flare up. I asked (more liked begged them) to work with me more. After reading my email they contacted me and told me Dr. Pellegrino felt I should get another doctor. I called them in tears and asked if that meant I was no longer welcome. They had told me I was still welcome to come and I would no longer be a patient until I decided so. Then a few days later I get a letter in the mail (that had to be signed for) from his office saying I was indeed no longer welcome. I really didn't get a detailed letter why. I thankfully found a better doctor who understands me and has helped me within weeks what took Dr. Pellegrino months to even try. He and his nurse were in shock when I told them all Dr. Pellegrino did for me. Their response was "That's it?". If you're suffering with Fibromyalgia my heart goes out to you and I hope you find the help you need. No one should suffer with the pain, confusion and insomnia - that's not how a human being should live.
